Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ziegler Photo Co. for your event! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our rental policy below: 1. Booking & Payment - A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. - The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. - We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Zelle, or Venmo. 2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made *14 days or more before the event will not incur additional charges (beyond the non-refundable deposit). - Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total rental fee. 3. Service Area & Travel Fees - Travel is included within a 30-mile radius of Honolulu, HI. - Additional mileage is charged at $1.00 per mile round trip. 4. Setup & Breakdown - We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up the photobooth. - Breakdown begins immediately following the rental end time and takes approximately 30 minutes. 5. Space & Power Requirements - A minimum of 6x9 feet of space and access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 10 feet is required. - The booth must be set up on a flat, dry surface—indoors or under a covered outdoor space. 6. Damages & Liability - The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment by guests during the rental period. - Ziegler Photo Co. is not liable for injuries or accidents related to misuse of the equipment. 7. Inclement Weather (Outdoor Events) - For outdoor events, a backup indoor or fully covered option is required in case of inclement weather. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related issues. 9. Use of Images - Ziegler Photo Co. reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials), unless otherwise specified by the client in writing. 10. Client Satisfaction If there are any issues during your event, please notify us immediately so we can make it right on-site. We are committed to delivering a fun, memorable experience!
